[? ? ?: Ash, Frost, Merona]
Slipping in, I hear Merona shut the door behind me. "I am back to normal it appears. The rest was helpful." My lips curve into a slight smile. "So what have I missed? Where is Kunwir?" My head tilts and peer closely at the two. I had ghosted them in my sleep, yet heard nothing, so I wished not to assume.
I imagined that I looked myself again, albeit these two would not have known better since the first they saw of me I was a comet of power in the sky.
Shadow...
We had to find him quickly.
[Dreamscape: Rowan]
Rowan opened her eyes and hissed in surprise. Her head rang angrily with pain that was ebbing to a peaceful lilt as the second wore by. "The hell... Where am I?" Her voice was once her own, human, without the gravelly undertones of the Chimera.
The golden mist gave the woman pause and for a fleeting moment she admired its beauty, until a voice teased her senses. This woman with the lovely voice, and even lovelier form was the embodiment of the Rune Galdur? Rowan's ruddy eyebrows furrowed. She opened her mouth, a protest for being ripped from her world without consent on the tip of her tongue.
"Intriguing..." A new voice cut in. Rowan growled under her breath and turned to appraise the slender man.
"How the hell should I know? I do not even know where this is or who you are..." Her retort was quick and sharp. As soon as it is out though, Rowan clenches her jaw and steps back. "I am Rowan, and apparently user of the Rune Galdur if that helps to answer anything..." She points at the beautiful female.
[Black Abyss: Zenith]
Zenith slid from Phinserex form when she is let down, the silvery robe brushing across the ground causing black mist to eddy about her ankles. "My task is simple. I am to guide the souls of the departed to my patron's world so as to prevent a great calamity." Her silken voice was light and carefree and her smile was warm and guileless.
"... And you must be plotting the death of many vessels for me to be sent here." She stepped forward until there was but a foot between them and stared directly into his. Within those twin spheres a lick of flame danced. "In return, I offer my assistance as a arch sorcerer and chosen of Shub-Niggurath."

[? ? ?: Ash, Frost, Merona] "Kunwir led us here to the room last night and we haven't seen him since. Due to the hostility the elves have been showing we have just stayed in our room so as not to strain any relations further. They already don't like us being here and they seem to hate Kunwir, despite his mother being here..." Frost said as she laid her head down on her paws. "As she said. He may have separated from us to draw their ire away from us more if I had to guess." Merona said as she tilted her head in thought. He may have gone back to discuss more with his mother, or he may just be wandering around out there."
[Dreamscape: Rowan] "Ah, pardon my lack of manners, fair Rowan. I am known as Somnium. My position in this world," he said while motioning to their surroundings, "is as king. To answer your question a moment ago, this is the Astral Realm, a dreamscape if you will. People come, people go, but I am searching right now for my grandfather who suddenly seems to have gone missing not long ago. His energy signature lingers on you--" "How rude are you for a king of a realm?" The rune galdur asked haughtily, apparently not so keen on being ignored. "I brought her here and I was speaking with her first, do not barge in and expect everyone to obey!" She practically yelled. A sudden glare and she was rendered completely still, as if frozen. "I apologise, I will return her to normal after our conversation so you may continue your own, but I must know!" He said as he took a powerful step towards Rowan. "My grandfather, he is known by many names, but his most common names are Vitas, The Shadow of Death, and The Creator. Why is his energy signature clinging to you so?!"
[Black Abyss: Zenith] Phinserex laughed heartily at Zenith's comments. "Indeed, I am here for no other reason than to destroy all of this creation and it's inhabitants. If you need lives taken, you are welcome here, for we need lives to be taken. However, this does not mean I trust you." Phinserex said with a level tone as he watched her.

[? ? ?: Ash, Frost, Merona] "No, he isn't on the move." The suit of armor was certainly easy to sense. Magic essence was all that kept Kunwir animated from the feel of it. "It is probably best that I do not intervene if it is a discussion between relatives." Shadow had mentioned Kunwir in passing. A suit of invincible armor possessed by the soul, an elf soul as it turned out.
"Merona, Frost, I think its time I told you the truth." With the charade in shambles, Shadow missing and Dervish after them, it seemed worth letting the Princess know what was going on. After-all being fully healed I knew Merona wouldn't have a chance against me if she so wished to retaliate. "I am an apprentice of The Shadow of Death, yes, that skeleton man I fought earlier, and no we were not actually planning on decimating you all. There is something big going on with Zyrac's core, as in big enough that the planet and the whole universe could end up blowing up and your kingdom wars are making it worse." I sucked in a deep breath, eyeing the princess carefully. "We only planned to end the war."
I flicked my eyes to Frost. "Shadow being attacked by his own creation was not part of the charade, in fact it means the other party, the one looking to destroy Zyrac has made a move." The Hermit knew, but whether he had time to tell the fox was unclear. "Shadow is still alive, but if we don't find him Dervish will destroy Zyrac in her rage and us too."

[Dreamscape: Rowan]
He had rendered The Rune Galdur completely motionless with just a look! "Are you Kingly beings all so arrogant? Dwarf king this, Soul King that, now the Astral King? What is this, a boss the ginger around parody?" The 'ginger' in question squared her shoulders, yet she quaked a little inside. Sure he wasn't the first immensely powerful being that she had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting, but he had shown up her so called all-powerful patron. "Well Vax isn't too bad, but that Soul King, easily insulted that one."
Rowan lifted her chin, then turned away as if she wasn't scared stiff of the Astral King who's powerful presence pressed against her like an oppressive, corporal force. "Yeah, I met your Grandfather awhile back when that sham of a game world was running. t.E.S.o.M. Isn't that guy an actual god? I mean maybe he just went on a vacation, they do that right? Must be exhausting creating and destroying things all the time..."
Though nonchalant on the outside, Rowan's thoughts raced on the idea of a god going missing and what it meant for her. "I hope you don't expect me to know where he has gone..." She turned back. "... Wait do not tell me you transported me here just to ask the same question right?" Disbelief was written all over the Chimera's face as she turned to stare at the Rune Galdur. "Whatever, there you go, so what now?"

[Black Abyss: Zenith]
Zenith waved, chuckling as she does. "Trust where I am from is earned, not freely given." She replied easily with her smiled fixed firmly in place. "Well now with that out of the way, what little of your plan may I lie privy to?" This woman of white gazed upon Phinserex with a daring glint, her very chaotic presence effecting sane rationality. Play my game, it will be fun, said her eyes. "What needs to be done in order to see to your ultimate goal?"

[? ? ?: Ash, Frost, Merona]
Merona was the first to react. "Seeing your recent actions I had a feeling something was off..." She started, he face twisted into a mixture of emotions ranging from disgust to confusion. "I cannot believe you would willingly work with someone so overly destructive that has no regard for casualties and collateral damage. Not to mention it seems The Hermit may have known all of this as well... Yet if the scale of the threat is as large as you claim, I am not sure I wouldn't have made the same decisions... I just don't know what to think anymore." She muttered the last part, looking down as she lost herself in thought and introspection.
Frost was next. "Finding Shadow will not be easy, unless you have some way to track him, and even then, there is no telling if your tracking would be able to reach far enough..." She shook her head slightly, the fur rippling in the false wind. "Regardless, we must try I suppose, unless Kunwir has a better answer."

[? ? ?: Kunwir] Kunwir could see Merona's room in the distance, his steady, slow steps creaking the wood as he took his time walking there as his mind wandered. He thought of his past here in the trees, how he was an outcast, yet at the same time, their saviour. He had always been shunned for being a halfbreed before, and now he wasn't even that, he was just animated metal, an abomination by his "people's" standard.
That thought brought him back to the issue at hand though... His master was missing, Dervish had gone insane, The Hermit may very well be lost to them, and they were stuck several worlds away currently. Dervish would rip everything to shreds in her haste to find her quarry. Civilizations, planets, even more if that is what it took. She would destroy everything even if Zyarc's core didnt.
They needed to stop her. He wasn't confident in facing her one on one though, especially not with people to protect with him. That left one way to stop her: find Shadow.
But how? How could he find Shadow when he didn't even know where to start. Maybe he could find a way by talking to Ash, Merona, and Frost. His senses informed him that were in the building now looming ahead. He hesitated though, not but a few feet away.

[Dreamscape: Rowan, Somnium, Rune Galdur]
Somnium smiled as Rowan went on a small rant, he wasn't the one that chose his title, he simply inherited that title due to his skill set and the lack of another to take the place, yet he knew she had no way to know this. When she seemed to start settling down and began actually responding he found that he had no clue what she was talking about.
"What 'game world'? What is 'tesom'? Is that even a word?" he tilted his head as he asked these questions, then shook them off just as quickly as he had asked them. "Those matters aren't important right now though... you said you met my grandfather, while some see him as a 'god' like you have mentioned, the only time he introduces himself as such is if he is posturing, he actually quite hates being called a god. He does not take vacation though, if he did, everything would cease to exist as you see it in reality. The powers that collide are usually kept at bay by him, or those of us that work with him, his elites as he tends to call us.
"That said, while I had hoped you would have an inkling as to where he is, I see that you are just as clueless on this point as I am..." Somnium continued, his shoulders lowering slightly as he realized that he would not be getting the answers he sought here, but maybe he could get some other answers in the meantime. "Now though, while you may not know where he is, any information about where and how long ago you met him will be helpful. His sudden absence has set into motion contingencies that were never meant to be triggered. After I know more about this, in return for your help, I will reward you according on how helpful you have been. I cannot in good conscience let myself be in debt over information of this severity." He explained calmly as the Rune Galdur watched silently with lips held firmly in a line so as not to show any emotion or weakness that could be taken advantage of.
[Black Abyss: Zenith]
Phinserex smiled with her direct questions. "All you need to do for now, is cause chaos. That seems to be well within your ability, is it not?" He asked as he watched her closely, his eyes narrowing ever so slightly. She could easily sow the seeds of chaos needed for his plans to come to fruition. With The Shadow of Death currently out of the picture, there shouldn't be that big of a resistance now. After all, if you cut the head off of the snake, the rest perishes while floundering around, right?
