comments: i am still gonna have to use the location tags for posting seperate DM things (withim the enemy lines, assasination plots, etc...), to give the whole thing an underlying story. you dont have to merge the posts in the RP, it will be far to much to have to worry about. and the starting point for my character was decided in the first few posts. yes he has high potential. and his energy thing is limited, his mouth and throat are organic/human, damaging them would be bad... and no i did not use

anything from my other 4 RPs, no characters, names, plot lines, political structures, genres, etc... it may just be the way my mind works or the way i build RPs that is showing through.
thats all... for now... will be posting IC soon...

I already do what doctors tell people to do for Meniere's, and always have, but I've got 50% loss in one ear, 25 in the other. I have meds for the other things, so they're not an issue. And it's not an uncommon thing to have it. -shrug-
Anyway, yeah...RP talk...but this is the OOC, so we should be able to talk about anything. ^~^ I still say location tags are unnecessary. You can just SAY that stuff IN the post itself. Go ahead and do it in yours. Maybe even just post it as the first word in first paragraph in that location, like a newspaper article. I'll probably do that. Most of the time, though, I plan on us being between wastelands.

I just find it easier when i start introducing enemy HQs and stuff. i just put the distances to be able to create a map of sorts. I'll post in the IC tomorrow, i have to get sleep... less than 6 hours before i have to be up, awake and driving...

We (primarily you, right now) don't have to go introducing everything all at once, but it's fine for now. I just like a chance to make some of this stuff up, too, if I am truly co-GM.

in a way, all but one of my RPs have been 'open' in that aspect. you can introduce places, NPC type characters, etc... in one of my active RPs, there is a war with over 50 billion forces on two sides, i control one half, someone else controls the other (along with their characters at the same time). so in a way, all my RPs are character driven with a little guidance and other events. feel free to take some liberties, i just ask that if i introduce an NPC that you not take it over, as i usually have

something planned, of course this goes for characters mentioned in the first post of this OOC.
and i know not to introduce everything at once. first i have to get a little more comfortable with my character... i also like to take my time with building the story (when i can)

Loosely based off my idea (clearly VERY loosely), and completely hijacked. Huh. You HAVE definitely turned it to be entirely about YOUR plot and YOUR character so far, just based on what you've said so far. You've basically said "feel free to do whatever you want, but you can't do anything". I don't particularly like glass tethers unless it means I can break them, after all. I REALLY hope you don't plan on controlling the ENTIRE plot. I WILL follow my character's plot over any main one. If they coincide, then fine. I'm limiting my actions to what my character would do, after all. I make up a NPC, I play them. My character's destiny is mine to control, not yours. I don't want "you're co-GM, but you only have as much power over the story as a normal player, even though it was your idea I based it on."
I just rambled, but tl;dr version: I didn't say "want to steal my idea and tell me what to do?" I asked if you wanted to play based on a vague idea.
And this is my happy opinion. Just so you know.

doesnt sound to happy. and that stipulation is vice versa, i cannot control your NPCs. yes i have an overall vague plot, which basically states, in ten years (RP time) my character will have done much, learned much, and unlocked most of his mysteries, at which time he will infiltrate Netari's mansion and kill Netari. it is a very long term.
my only point on the NPC thing, if you play a game co-op with someone, do you control their character/s? no. same with co-dm to me. not to say you cant heavily

influence those around you. you would also be able to create parallel and sub plots. you have much more freedom than you give yourself in that speal.
you didnt give me many ideas, we discussed and decided on a genre that i suggested (the hybridization was my idea, all though you put up the three that were eventually hybridized). and i did use the groups and the level of advancement. you wanted no plot, i could let that go, so i gave it a vague and longterm one.
overall this is a combination of what we
