(I know I haven't explained this before, but scrying in the universe built around Shadow and associates is not based in magic actually, but within either the gift of prophecy, which is very rare, or through a specific branch of psychic abilities. Magic itself has no true scrying ability, but has a pseudo scrying ability using the wind as a medium. It is an advanced technique that is only inherently understood by a few races that are affiliated with wind magic, like elves usually for instance. The limitation of this pseudo scrying is that if wind cannot access it with a certain amount of flow, ones sight cannot be projected. For instance, the area the wires pass through inside the wirechase is mostly filled with the wires, leaving little space for the wind or air, for that matter, to pass through, making this method impossible. *Sighs* I know that there is so much I haven't explained before it comes up in convo/RP. I apologise for that, as it is usually my lack of explanation due to taking for granted that you know all of the stuff, when I shouldnt expect you to at all because I have not explained soooooo much. Again, sorry about that.)
[Niquitonix: Rowan] "Ah," SoulFlame started slightly at being questioned about what he said earlier. "To tell you the truth, the only one that can see outside these walls is me. Due to my magic being of the Soul system, which is the most rare, and on top of that, non systematic, of magics, I can sometimes see into other worlds by connecting to other souls and seeing through the their senses. When I said I have been watching your world, what I see is what a person's soul sees, not what their body can see. I can hear what their soul hears, but not what their body hears... Does this make sense to you? As such, the way I 'see' has a completely different connotation from what you think when you hear the word. Maybe I will get a chance to show you how I see sometime. Not sure how well it would work though... Or if it would at all.
"Now that I somewhat understand what you mean by 'electricity'... Let me see... We have a elemental that is the embodiment of wind and light known as Thunder Shock. He might be able to provide you some kind of electricity."
SoulFlame felt like he had wracked his 'brains' more for this chimera than he has in his entire existence practically. He was becoming somewhat tires from all of the conversation due to him not having really conversed with a guest in so many years.
The voice of the Rune Galdur stayed silent. However, while it was silent, it did provide a little help... It transmitted a feeling. The feeling conveyed that it was within Rowan's current abilities to accomplish everything that she needed to here. Unless absolutely needed, it was going to just observe Rowan and see how she reacted.

[Malagarm:The Hermit]
The Hermit stood stock still as he felt the others exit the courtyard through the Gate. He heard Ash's parting words, as well as her earlier words of concern. He felt warmth in his heart from the elf, similar to what he thought he would feel from a daughter. He felt Kunwir look back at him after Ash went through the gate, silently backing into the gate in order to watch for followers. The Hermit knew he did it out of precaution, but still felt as if Kunwir's faith in his power was a tad lacking due to that.
The gate would remain open for a short time after they had finished entering, at least until Kunwir forced it close from the other side. The Hermit didnt know where the gate connected to, so he didn't know how long the travel would take them, thus, he could only do his best to hold on for now.
The aura from The Hermit would hold the creatures at bay for a a short while still, as they hadn't acclimated to the different pressure issued forth from the foreign aura.
From what The Hermit could tell by feeling alone, Dervish was now focused directly on the gate behind him, having already recovered from the shock of her aura clashing with it's opposite. From where she was, a massive surge of power erupted, far surpassing what The Hermit had released.
The Hermit was shocked as he watched the entire town around him vanish instantly, leaving only the small courtyard area still within his aura. All of the lives within Malagarm, all of the buildings, everything... They were gone in the blink of an eye. Bare soil was all that remained.
The Hermit felt the planet's consciousness shiver in fear from experiencing whatever it was that just happened.
Standing before The Hermit, only a few dozen paces away, was the woman responsible for all of this. Beside her was a fearful existence. One that should never exist. The Hermit instinctively felt fear. He felt as if Death's scythe was already resting on his neck, waiting ever so impatiently to reap him away. The Hermit wanted nothing more than to leave from here... To run away...
However, behind him was still a gate, that was slowly closing, ever so slowly. It had only closed by 5% overall, and he was already in a nearly fatal position.
This was going to be a long day.
( I can write out the actual fight if you want me to, but it would take me a couple days, and would take away from my time to work on TESoM some. It would easily be a 9 or 10 page fight. I will post the landing of those that entered the gate on another evening. I am just about written out for the evening. I have written so much today overall.)

[? ? ?: Ash, Kunwir, Frost, Merona]
The portal through space that Kunwir had opened was of variety that compressed space and provided its own propulsion to it's passengers. Kunwir felt as if he was being stretched out slightly, which was an odd enough feeling for him, as he was nothing more than a soul within a specially crafted suit of armor. The area around them was nothing more than a visual nightmare if observed, being a dense collection of colored lights that moved at such speeds that they all appeared to be bright white, enough color and brightness behind them to nearly overload a normal mortal.
It was only 15 seconds that they were within the portal, before being shot out of the exit. Kunwir was the one bringing up the rear, and he exited to watch Frost and Merona flying through the air toward the canopy of trees below them. He reached out a hand and shielded each of them, who were still unconscious, as they barreled through the thick canopy, crunching sounds resounding through the forest as their shields broke dozens of branches in their decent.
Kunwir was aware of Ash's siphoning ability, but decided to risk providing her with a shield as well, just in case.
When they all reached the ground, surrounded by broken branches and other small foliage, Kunwir looked around, scanning their surroundings. There were tall trees in the surrounding, with wild underbrush covering the ground almost everywhere, only a patch here and there being devoid of plant life. The air was fairly dry, the humidity all but gone. The trees swayed as a light wind passed through the trees. They were coming...
Kunwir merely waited, knowing that they were approaching. This was his plan all along anyways.
"You know who I am. Take me to my mother. You will provide these beings accompanying me with food and shelter." He called to the surroundings, which all appeared still now.
Soon after a small, slender humanoid stepped out from the shadow of tree. "You should not be here abomination." A male voice called out from the humanoid, who was almost completely shrouded by the tree, only his outline could be seen clearly.
Anger flashed through Kunwir as his voice seeped out, thick with killing intent. "You will do as I say, or I will slaughter your tribe for your impudence."
The figure shivered before bowing deeply. "My apologies." The figure then turned around half way and asked, "Are you ready to go?"
Kunwir replied quickly. "As soon as my companions are all conscious, we can go."

[Niquitonix: Rowan] Feeling as if she was being tested, Rowan huffed, still watching the elemental as it, he? Spoke. "I see." The chimera drawled with a measure of sarcasm, bellied by the grin she now wore. "Kind of sounds like fun, I wouldn't mind giving it a shot." She sounded sincere enough anyway.
At the mention of Thundershock, Row perked and pointed a clawed finger at Soulflame. "Perfect, does Thundershock know how to control it? Too much, or too little won't do the wires or whatever it all connects to any good." Row replied cheerfully now, before adding. "Also I could be wrong about what these wires are conducting. I need a better look which means getting rid of this mesh." Rowan moved to stand over the wire-chase, assessing the likelihood of her prying part of it open to get a better look.
[? ? ?: Ash, Kunwir, Frost, Merona]
My body warped as I stepped into the portal, stretching to the compressed space provided. It was odd, different to shadow porting, but not particularly disorientating. The lights however seared my sensitive sight, blinding and causing tears to stream. Quickly I closed my lids against the onslaught and was relieved when it ended as suddenly as it began. Wind slapped against my face and my heart stuttered when my feet and arms swung effortlessly.
I was falling...
Eyelids would unfurl to a sight of a canopy of trees rapidly growing in size and I instinctively grasp at my magic in a panic. Around my body I felt power snap to attention, becoming a cocoon, yet it was not mine and because of this my magic reacted, already deconstructing the barrier even as it formed.
Drawing my legs up, I curled into the fetal position just before I hit the top of the tree that I happened upon. The shield broke the initial landing before crackling out of existence. When it did my descent was slowed, but I was no longer protected and became battered by branches, luckily small and thin to begin with. I glanced around frantically, then tugged, appearing just shy of a thick branch. It was a shame that abjuration had never been my strong suit, my power consistently rebelling against being restrained to the task of being set in place, I could only keep moving and go with the flow. Another branch threatened to inhibit my fall, and break my ribs in the same instance. I barely saw it past the leafy camouflage and instead of shunting fully away, I clip it with my side and am made to roll mid air.
Finally after a few more close calls, the forest bed is visible and I throw my hands out, causing a buffet of magic to rebound off the ground and create a shallow crater, before my descent is effectively slowed enough for me to land in a roll and onto my feet beside Kunwir. I stagger, feeling both disorientated by the mid air rolling and light headed from the use of magic.
A figure slipped out, shrouded in such darkness that he simply looked like a shadow. "Ah... Hello, who are you?" I said, straightening and placing a hand to my forehead. My hand came away bloodied as I suspected was most of my body after that fall, but the stinging and aching was only minutely felt.

[Niquitonix: Rowan]
SoulFlame called for Thundershock while assessing these wires that the chimera before him was so intent on working with. He didn't know how any of this would turn out, and he knew Thundershock well enough that he knew the amount of control he had over his ability. Although it was difficult, Thundershock could indeed control his ability if he focused.
SoulFlame then looked at the mesh that the chimera mentioned, which covered the wires. It looked to be fairly sturdy, and he could feel some kind of power from within the metal, but he could not tell what it was, but he curious as to the chimera's physical ability, as the musculature thought her body seemed like it should be enough, from what little he knew, to take it apart. However, he wasn't certain at all, so he only offered these words to her: "All you can do is try."
[? ? ?: Ash, Kunwir, Frost, Merona]
The figure arrogantly ignored Ash, turning around and vanishing as quickly as he appeared. Kunwir went to Frost's side and shook her by her front haunch to rile her out of her subconscious state. Meanwhile, he spoke to Ash, "I apologize the shield I provided did not do more, I was not sure how effective it would be with your abilities. If I used a healing ability would it work on you? Or is there some other way to help you recover? We have a semi long journey on foot ahead of us." His voice was somewhat gentle as he spoke to her, different from his gruff attitude earlier. He made his way over to Merona when he saw that Frost was not waking as fast as he expected.
He shook Merona by her shoulder, upon which she quickly awoke, very started as she jumped backwards and on to her feet screaming. Kunwir waved his hand at her and she became mute. He sighed as he shook his head, looking over to Ash. "Could you take care of this? It is troublesome. I wasn't expecting The Hermit to stay behind so I just knocked her out upon seeing her." He waved in dismissal as he spoke, acting like all of this was just another day on the job. His personality seemed to be quite different know compared to earlier.
He was ready to heal Ash at anytime if she needed it, but was waiting on her answer to his question about it before he was going to do anything. He glanced at Frost once more before summoning a small sphere of water in midair above her head, which he then unceremoniously dropped on her head, awakening the sleeping wolf. She jumped up and became cautious against Kunwir, but did not go any further. She knew who he was, but after he just so quickly knocked her out before, she couldn't help but be wary as she looked around for The Hermit.

[Niquitonix: Rowan]
Digging her claws into the mesh, Rowan shredded it but was careful about ruining the actual wire. Besides she wasn't sure if there was power still rushing through them and knew quiet well that touching live wires was a death wish! She was sure that Thundershock could tell if it was electricity in the wires, and if there was then what way the power moved.
After that the chimera began following the wire mesh along to where it ran under the throne and once again moved to look behind the throne to see that the wire didn't continue along. Interesting... Arching her furry brows the chimera tested whether the throne was bolted to the ground, her hands moving to hold the arms of the chair. She attempted to lift it but found it was firmly bolted to the ground so would change tactics by feeling the top of the cushion and top of the arm rests. "Huh... Wires go under this seat too..."
[? ? ?: Ash, Kunwir, Frost, Merona]
Waving away Kunwir I watched him approach Frost and Merona. "My circuits are damage from the amount of power I let run through my body in the fight." I began, feeling terribly fatigued despite the energy I was sapping from the suit of armor. Apart from him, none of the others were a help and truthfully it was't doing much other then being a hindrance in the future... At least the bruises and scratches from falling were healing on their own, albeit sluggishly. "I require for a quick recovery, fixing of these circuits, or at the very least a way to ignore the pain which... Is not fixing the problem but I will be able to do my magic without so much trouble."
Cringing at the scream which was cut off mid-stream, I rushed over and attempted to take Merona's hand comfortingly. "Shh, he is an ally. We wouldn't have survived if not for him coming to help us through the portal." I cooed, attempting to placate the terrified princess. "Come, Kunwir knows where we are going." I tried to smile but it was tarnished with worry for the Hermit.

[? ? ?: Ash, Kunwir, Frost, Merona]
Merona quickly calmed with Ash there, which led to the silence spell on her dispelling. "He, he just..." She took a deep breath. Calming herself further. She then looked around before looking at Frost, who was wary of Kunwir, but wasn't making a move.
"Thank you." She told Ash. She then let go of her before standing. She then turned to Kunwir. "Thank you for your assistance..." She said politely, but still slightly afraid of him.
Kunwir waved at her in dismissal as if he didn't care to be thanked. He looked at Ash, trying to figure out what exactly she meant by magical circuit. "Is there anything I can do to speed up this 'fixing of magical circuits' thing you mentioned? As for pain relief... I could knock you out and just carry you? At least then you wouldn't be in pain?" He tilted his head.
He had never been proficient in magic other than some of the more traditional stuff. And even that was usually done in the olden ways.
[Niquitonix: Rowan]
When Rowan put some pressure in the seat of the throne by feeling it, a spark of power seemed to connect before almost immediately going out.
SoulFlame had moved aside when he noticed her trying to move his chair. He watched her in interest when the chair had started to show signs of doing something, only to then do nothing again. Would she be able to accomplish what no one else had?

My features twisted with displeasure, and I opened my mouth to speak my thoughts, before pausing and releasing a low 'hmm'. "If I were left in a state of forced sleep that may accelerate the rate of repair by a considerable amount, but I am concerned about not being active in case of danger..." I trailed off, forehead creasing worriedly, "Yet I am hardly in the state to be of help against anyone that would out play Sh- you." I bit my lip at my near mistake of clueing merona in on Shadow and Kunwir's relationship. "But if you promise to awaken me in such a situation then I see no other solution."
[Niquitonix: Rowan]
The chair buzzed when Rowan placed a hand on it, causing the chimera to start and then grin in draconic fashion. Terrifying! "... It did something!" She crowed in delight and began with more vigor to play around with the throne until she found herself perched on the seat like a hound.

[? ? ?: Ash, Kunwir, Frost, Merona]
Kunwir nodded to Ash. "Forced sleep... That should be workable. I don't foresee too many issues popping up here for now. If there are, I will take care of them, so don't worry. For right this minute, you three are under my protection. After all, this is just a temporary place to hide for now. Soon we will have to move on. If something happens that needs you to be awake and you have not yet awoken, I will rouse you from slumber."
He looked to Frost then. "Oh give it a rest you big furball. You know who I am. I just knocked you out to save me your damn questions." He waved at her dismissively as well before he turned to the forest. "Ok, we are nearly ready... Be prepared to take us there."
[Niquitonix: Rowan]
(Sorry, but anyway I look at that, it is just funny.) As soon as Row had gotten in the chair, things started to change in the room. A pale blue light flickered into being along almost every opaque surface, almost as if it were circuitry. The throne as well, came to life, light flickering in parts of it as a low whirring noise began. After a few more moments, the flickering gave way, instead becoming more constant. A few seconds after that, three screens came to life before the throne, and virtual controls became visable at the arms of the throne.
One of the three screens showed a fully mapped 3d view of Niquitonix. Some of the areas showed in varying shades of color from yellow to red where it had been damaged, but the majority of it seemed to be functional. The second sceen showed the surroundings in a difficult to read format, as part of it seemed to be in some strange runic letters that were melded with a sonar like readout. Also on that screen were some sort of list of planet coordinates with miniture depictions beside them of the planet they belonged to.
The third screen was filled with runic text that were explaining the different systems onboard as well as their overall conditions. These included automated repair systems, engines, climate control, life support, cargo, mining vessels, food replication, and a few others.
This place was massive, and the technology was worlds beyond what Rowan's original planet was ever capable of, except in science fiction novels and shows.

[? ? ?: Ash, Kunwir, Frost, Merona] I released a breath, accepting his word to awaken me if I was needed. "I will take your word as is. You may proceed with the sleep spell." I approached Kunwir and eyed him, waiting for the expected barrage to my mind. Mind affecting spells tended to affect me far more easily then did evocation. Perhaps because my hunger for power eagerly consumed power, rather then putting a barrier up against it. [Niquitonix: Rowan] "Would you look at that!" Rowan growled with satisfaction when the ship came alive around her. Excitedly she checked everything but was puzzled over the runic language so she left it alone and started fiddling with the remotes on the arms of the throne to see what they did. If the manual is in Chinese, then turn to experimenting! What could go wrong?
