setting: world named Zyarc
Acceptable characters: all (see disclaimer below)
acceptable weapons: any (see second disclaimer below)
Story: The world is still in early development, there are many peoples, who are at constant war with each other. An elite force has risen from across multiple universes to stop this war and bring about unity so the planet may be preserved. Why? Because the planet hosts a large core of a rare metal, that when exposed to constant fighting for too long will explode, creating...

a black hole. The amount of this metal present in this planet is enough to make a black hole big enough that it will tear into many parallel universes and turn those realities into a void in a matter of minutes.
The physics of this world are unique, allowing magic of all kinds, psychokinesis, and a wide array of abilities.
And for those among the elites: it is nearly impossible to god-mod here, it is moreso the standard. (see third disclaimer below)
All elites are considered immortal. Any fight between

elites will be considered objective based. The first to reach that objective (i.e. decapitation) will 'win' even though the person's body is reforming again. their will be a waiting time for a rematch.
Same CS prefrence as Tlidnur, seeing as how this is the big brother.
The size of Zyarc is about 30% bigger than our sun, and happens to have 7 moons and 2 suns.
The world is mostly land, having lakes, rivers, and waterfalls for water, as well as trees that produce water at the expense of oxygen.

The land is split into 10 fairly equal territories. The begining entry point is in the human territory. to the north of that is the Giants, while to the south is the Minotaurs. To the NE of the Humans are the Demons, to the NW is the Fellpools (humanoid felines that can shapeshift into domestic sized cats). To the E of the humans are the Treefolk, and to the W is Vampires. To the SE of the Humans are the Chimeras, and to the SW are elementals and a specializee society of mages that live in an underwater

i will be adding a rank and file soldier system to this in case it ever starts... it will make it to where the large battles do not have to be DM'd for every unit. you shall see.
this update will take me about an hour from the beginning and probably 4 posts.
i created the system originally for Zyarc's sequel, which has over 750 posts on the one forum it is on. the rank and file soldier system has worked rather well.
examples will be enclosed...

This is the Rank and File system i will use for this RP if it ever grows some damned wings... the system was originally built for and implemented in Zyarc's sequel, which is nearly 10x larger in overall size. this system works fairly well when placed into the hands of a good RPer.
The Ranks:
Rank 1: untrained peasants taking up improvised arms Rank 2: squires and the like that are virtually untrained, but carry real weapons Rank 3: amatuer fighters that take up actual or improvised arms
