Kunwir spoke into Marcus's mind, ^i do not need to.^ he then vanished from sight, picking up the other half of the blade and sprinting away, using all his magic to speed him up, a sonic boom erupting outward into the few soldiers in his way.

Yxia had no idea why one of her soldiers would think that groveling at her feet in the middle of the battlefield could lead to anything other than a swift death, but before she could cut him down herself somebody else had done the deed for her. She recognized the giant's laugh without even turning around, realizing that meant that her hydra probably lay dead. It was slightly annoying, but she had more where that one had come from, and taking Avaarick's life after she was done with Brave would more than make up for it. The dark elf was almost insulted that her opponents though that such cheap parlor tricks could shake her resolve after having faced her on several occasions, but their foolishness would benefit her eventually. Yxia kicked the dead soldier away violently with a quick snap of her leg before breaking into a running charge, unsheathing her blades on the way towards Leon.
Using the fact that she outnumbered Leon's weapons two to one, Yxia alternated her attacks, striking on either side of him and forcing him to defend constantly. Her aim wasn't to finish the fight immediately, as she knew that was unlikely, but rather to tire Brave out while also observing the way that he moved and parried. Her swords' enchantments weren't particular useful in this type of situation, but they were fine weapons nonetheless, capable of slicing through even the breastplate that Leon wore if Yxia were to land a solid hit. The dark elf knew that her endurance would prevail over the human's, so for the moment she was content with keeping up her assault until Leon finally decided that he'd had enough.

=Rurik Aian=
"A challenge? What I'll be giving you is a headstone! Though, there probably won't be a head to go under it when I'm done with you. A shame to ruin such a pretty face, but I think I'll get over it." He laughed and walked towards Cecilia. Currently he had his chains back in their usual form and wrapped around his arms. He'd reverted them before finding Cecilia, hoping to surprise her when she found out he could morph them and any other metal at will.
He hoped it would be a fatal surprise. "So let's get started!" He walked close enough so that one good lunge and she'd be in range to stab him. He liked to let his enemies go first in a duel, it made life easier for him.

Leon Brave
Leon weaved side to side, blocking with minimal effort. He was faring well against Yxia's strikes, even with her advantage of two weapons. But his stamina wasn't anything to scoff at, not seeming winded at all as he watched her. His eyes were the same, a flicker of amusement entering them as he continued to defend easily against her onslaught. But eventually he grew tired of the strikes.
Swiping his blade out, he forced one blade to the side violently as he ducked under the second, his blade flashing out across her side, aiming to slice into her exposed side from the missed attack.
Cecilia Light
"I wonder if you'll be that bold with your head rolling along the ground..." Cecilia commented. In a brief flash of movement, she darted down, coming up under him and slicing up with Yin, aiming to cleave through his hip and head up to his shoulder, ending the battle quickly if it were to hit.
Marcus Benign
The shockwaves were much less impressive than they seemed. Not only did it not shove the men back, but it only seemed like a breeze blew into them. None of them were blown back, moving to try intercepting him. But Marcus simply laughed, having them hold thier blades against his adversary. He appeared in front of him in a flash of magical energy, his free hand slamming into Kunwir's face and holding him back effortlessly. He reached up, dragging Kunwir off his feet with him. "Now, now...you misunderstand your position. When you challenge me, you don't run. You die," he said quietly, bringing his blade up and slashing t he other arm off to leave him mostly defenseless.

Rurik chuckled lightly at her words, his amusement not fading as she attacked him. He saw the attack coming and hopped back almost casually. Years of battles and a little magic had honed his response time to an above human level. When one regularly fought battles against multiple opponents, such reaction time was necessary.
He would have countered, but she had two weapons, he needed to time it right. He wanted to keep his skills secret until he was ready, so for now he'd have to just dodge until the time was right.
"Oh no, too slow." He grinned, bouncing up and down on his feet a little to keep himself ready to move. "I thought you wanted my head to roll." He tilted his head a little, taunting her.

Kunwir's voice entered Marcus's mind again, ^you dont get it, do you human?^
a thick black fog appeared instantly throughout much of the camp and army. Kunwir twisted out of Marcus's hand, disappearing into the darkness in a cloak of invisibility.

Lina, having returned to where she could watch the fight, flinching a little at how much worse her ally's position was. "Can he do anything right?" She muttered, crossing her arms and leaning back against a tree. She had a bit of an idea about what she had to do. Her master had given her a run down on this tyrant. He enjoyed woman. She was a woman. He had an ego. She could play into that. He was over confident. She was too. Not that she'd admit that, though. Her master had also suspected that he didn't respect woman. He wouldn't be expecting one to actually assassinate him. She had that on her side.
Perhaps she should talk to Leon about something. If she could slip into the camp, play the part of a prostitute that was there for the army's gold, power, and stories, perhaps she could get them use to the sight of her. If so, she could slip in and out of camp, spy a little if needed, murder their leader, maybe more of them if they had them, and be able to get away without being detected as an intruder. Perhaps that would be the best approach. For now, she'd just sit back and relax. If she saw a chance, she'd take it. Till then, time to think.
(sorry it's short guys, not a ton for me to say and I'm a tad bit brain dead.)
