ok, hear me out on this one, i have been pondering it for 2 days.
Meptoa's Self Repair: d%*(rank/4) the d% would pick what percentage of the max hp would be healed, times the rank over the maximum the rank can be. the resulting number would be rounded down.
this would not have a 'hit' roll. see examples: lets go with an hp of 20 for ease. the d% comes up at 10%, being 2, times 1/4, leaving it at .5, which would round down to 0.
20hp again. roll of 20% leaves a heal of 1 hp at the current settings. 20hp again, roll of 50%, calculations come out to 2. 20hp again, 100%, heals 5. at rank 2: using same base for ease, 20hp, 20%, 2 hp. 20hp, 50%, 5 hp.
so you see, it will work well, and all things considered, its effectiveness changes at each level, say 30hp and rank 2: 10%, 1hp 50%, 7hp
this would take the whole turn, and any attacks against him not only do damage, but put in a penalty on the health restored(taking of 1 to 3 ranks, never going negative.) example: 20 hp, rank 1 100%, normally healing 5hp, but he is successfully attacked, hitting him lightly(say 3 hp) the rank effectiveness drops 1, leaving it at 0/4, meaning healing failed.
sound fair to you?

Sounded fair without the rank drop (I know, at rank 4, he could potentially fully heal himself, but he could also potentially heal 0 HP). I'll write it in there as:
Self Repair 1 (Heals self for d%*(rank/4))
Unless, of course, you object.

fine with me, i just thought you would want a penalty to be able to be applied since there is no 'hit' roll. I am glad you will accomodate my strange ways.

There's no hit roll, but it won't necessarily heal anything, either. In fact, there's no guarantee he'll heal anything until he has 400+ HP at rank 1. 100+ at rank 4.

Meptoa's equip........ uhh.... good question.....Adamantine Armor 4? i'm not sure that even counts since its his skin...
Trobilu's equipment: dual daggers 4 Medium Armor 4 Heavy Metal Vambraces 2 (these are highly upgradable and very useful in close combat.)

I changed it back to 6 <.< I didn't realize I'd written 10.
And the Adamantine Armor is a trait for him, but...armor over armor? Drop that, you have 6 points ^~^
